Destination Ontario – Algoma

After the success of the video we produced for Destination Ontario last year, we partnered with them and the Algoma Region for a thrilling follow-up. This time we took the Motorcycle.com editors – Ryan and Troy – even further north to the remote Algoma region of Ontario. There they explored great roads, awesome off-road trails, and dipped their feet into pictographs, apple fritters, and more. The route spanned the entire east coast of Lake Superior, all the way down to Sault Ste. Marie and the U.S. border.

It was a great experience making this project over the course of a week. Our contacts at Destination Ontario were able to organize a route for us, and our good friend Stephane Bellemare once again stepped in to be our tour guide and co-host. We leaned much more into the comedic and documentary aspects of the video this time out, and I think the result is an even more authentic final product. The infectious energy of how much fun we were having making the video emanates off the screen.

Tourism projects like these combine what we do best: capture stunning outdoor B-Roll of cool cars (or in this case, bikes) in amazing locations, and create authentic brand sponsored content. And with a few travel documentary-style projects now under our belt, we feel ready to create similar projects for other regions! It’s a niche we’re very keen to expand.
